Here’s a simple hot toddy drink recipe. The combination of bourbon whiskey, honey and fresh lemon is soothing and delicious.

Honey Bourbon Hot Toddy Recipe
1 1/2 ounces bourbon whiskey such as Jim Beam
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons honey
6 ounces boiling hot water
Lemon wedge

In a heatproof mug stir together bourbon, lemon juice and honey. Add hot water; stir to mix. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Makes 1 drink

Tip: For a Brandy Hot Toddy use brandy or Cognac in place of the bourbon.
