The Lemon Drop is a light citrus vodka martini. The flavor of bright, fresh lemon juice is balanced with the addition of sweet simple syrup. Great with traditional or citrus flavored vodka.

Lemon Drop Vodka Martini Recipe
1 1/2 ounces vodka or citrus vodka
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
Lemon twist

Add vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup to cocktail shaker. Add ice to cocktail shaker; cover and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Makes 1 cocktail

Cocktail Ratio: 2 parts vodka, 1 part lemon juice, 1 part simple syrup

What is simple syrup? Simple syrup is 1 part granulated sugar dissolved in 1 part water.
